My name is Marjolein van Thienen, and I’m the person behind mevrouw van thienen. I was born in the north-west of the Netherlands, and currently living in Rotterdam.

I specialize in developing colorful and playful prints & illustrations. I’ve worked as a (print) designer for many years, before I decided to work as a freelancer. I love that I can make the world a little happier with my designs! From single products to a cohesive collection, I love it when it al comes together as one story. I like working together to achieve a product or concept that is in tune with the clients need and wishes, and becomes something we both love!

Former employers include: V&D, HEMA and stationery team. Clients include: Blokker, Little Diva, Dinnerware, Avec Studio, Museum de Lakenhal Leiden, Leen Bakker, and HEMA.
